New Pocket Towel Designs

We’re working on a new set of colorful pocket towel designs, including a handful of new color combinations and patterns.

New Product Packaging

We’ve been working on a gift box for our pocket towels. It’ll be available for sets of four pocket towels soon.
Vibrant towels for the beach or pool

We’ve added new color combinations to our beach towel collection: light blues, a golden yellow, a chestnut browns, brick reds and a pale pink. Each pattern is made using pre-dyed yarn – unlike printed towels – so these colors are rich and deep. #towelstudio
How we design towels

We design as well as produce our towels in our Berlin studio workshop. We developed a unique knitting technique which allows us to design knitted towels and knit them on-demand in our workshop. Although we don’t follow a particular design aesthetic, our designs are influenced by both traditional and modern textile design, especially those in Europe and Japan — this is where our small design team from. We’re please to announce that towel.studio has been featured on Deutsche Manufakturenstraße. Initiated by the Direktorenhaus Museum for Art, Craft and Design in Berlin, Deutsche Manufakturenstraße is a project which aims to increase appreciation for craft and creativity in Germany and beyond.
